Im a dispatcher for a courier company that delivers urgent products to retailers and I'm really interested in starting my own point to point (p2p) courier service focused on time sensitive deliveries. I wanna learn more on how to get started, and would appreciate any recommendations on tools like CMS platforms, helpful books, strategies and/or other resources to set up and run the business effectively. Any tips?

That's a huge goal, especially with your experience. But I'd be concerned about the competition and logistics costs...P2P can be tough to scale without the right tools and tight operations upfront

Hi @LegoWorld starting your own service is a great move! one tip from is that you need to start small and prove the concept. Don't try to cover an entire city on day one. Focus on a specific, high demand route or a particular type of client (e.g., medical labs, legal offices). Your dispatcher knowledge can help you find these sweet spots!
