The title is clear. I'm reading some very good reviews about this company and I'd like to consider using it, as long as it's a good choice. I'm not interested in all the good stuff you have to say, I want to hear if you had any negative experience

I don't have a huge issue, but sometimes it has poor or delayed communication, making it hard to track shipments or get updates

I used them once and the product was good, but the lead time was longer than promised and getting updates was like pulling teeth, sheesh!

Well that's not exactly what I'm looking for, can't have massive delays. What company would you suggest?
