Is it okay using dropshipping models for commercial supply chains? I'm talking about wholesale distribution, manufacturing components, or even equipment supply, the classic model is aimed at end customers, but in theory, it could cut down on warehouse costs and streamline supply chains in industrial or commercial sectors too, if the systems are handled right anyway, maybe it's being used for just-in-time delivery of small parts or non critical stock?
How well does it work in terms of reliability and lead times when applied to business clients instead of consumers and are there platforms or networks tailored more for B2B style dropshipping rather than Shopify or AliExpress type of setups
Thoughts, suggestion, ideas
TIA
